My Story
Olivia Flegg is not just a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) but a dedicated professional on her way to becoming a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. Holding a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario, Olivia pursued further education in Registered Massage Therapy at Sir Sandford Fleming College, graduating with honors in 2015.
Her career took off in Brighton shortly after graduation, where Olivia's commitment to ongoing learning led her to complete various courses, including cupping, orthopedic assessment, fascial stretch therapy, and ultrasound. Currently, she is diligently pursuing her education through the Southern Ontario College of Osteopaths in Mississauga, aiming to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner by the fall of 2023.
Beyond her professional achievements, Olivia is passionate about the intricacies of the human body, with a particular interest in biomechanics, system interrelation, and therapeutic exercise. Her client-focused approach has involved working with individuals of all ages and abilities, emphasizing injury prevention, maintenance, and sports-specific goals.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys travel, outdoor activities, and fitness alongside her boyfriend. Excitement fills her as she anticipates the arrival of a Sheepadoodle puppy, a future sidekick that might occasionally make appearances at the clinic.
Available daily with flexible appointments, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, Olivia is committed to providing holistic and tailored care.
